關(guān)于2008年上海B股非交收日的通知

各B股結(jié)算單位：

現(xiàn)將2008年上海B股非交收日通知如下：

一、 全年雙休日，即星期六和星期日，為B股非交收日。

二、 國(guó)定假期B股非交收日安排如下：

1、元旦

2007年12月31日至2008年1月1日為非交收日。2007年12月26日、27日、28日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2008年1月2日、3日、4日。

2、春節(jié)

2008年2月6日至2月12日為非交收日。2008年2月1日、4日、5日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為2008年2月13日、14日、15日。

3、清明節(jié)

2008年4月4日為非交收日。2008年4月1日、2日、3日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為4月7日、8日、9日。

4、五一勞動(dòng)節(jié)

2008年5月1日至2日為非交收日。2008年4月28日、29日、30日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為5月5日、6日、7日。

5、端午節(jié)

2008年6月9日為非交收日。2008年6月4日、5日、6日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為6月10日、11日、12日。

6、中秋節(jié)

2008年9月15日為非交收日。2008年9月10日、11日、12日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為9月16日、17日、18日。

7、國(guó)慶節(jié)

2008年9月29日至10月3日為非交收日。2008年9月24日、25日、26日發(fā)生的B股交易，資金交收日依次為10月6日、7日、8日。

三、 美國(guó)銀行節(jié)假日為B股非交收日，具體日期如下：

Holiday Notice for 2008

December 26th, 2007

Dear participant,

Holidays of 2008 are as follows:

1. Saturdays and Sundays are holidays throughout the year.

2. Settlement of Shanghai B Share is closed during the following national holidays.

The New Year’s Day

The market is to close from December 31st 2007 to January 1st, 2008. Settlement date for trades completed on December 26th, 27th and 28th, 2007 is January 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, 2008 respectively.

The Spring Festival

The market is to close from February 6th to February 12th. Settlement date for trades completed on February 1st, 4th, and 5th, 2008 is February 13th, 14th, and 15th 2008 respectively.

The Qing Ming Festival

The market is to close on April 4th. Settlement date for trades completed on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2008 is April 7th,8th, and 9th 2008 respectively.

Labor Day

The market is to close from May 1st to May 2nd. Settlement date for trades completed on April 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2008 is May 5th, 6th, and 7th 2008 respectively.

The Duan Wu Festival

The market is to close on June 9th. Settlement date for trades completed on June 4th, 5th and 6th, 2008 is June 10th, 11th, and 12th,2008 respectively.

The Mid-Autumn Festival The market is to close on September 15th. Settlement date for trades completed on September 10th,11th and 12th, 2008 is September 16th,

17th, and 18th,2008 respectively.

National Day

The market is to close from September 29th to October 3rd. Settlement date for trades completed on September 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2007 is October 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2008respectively.

3. According to the U.S. banking holiday arrangements, B share settlement will be closed on the following dates:
